Work place means any place where work is done. It refers to the place where an employee or employees are engaged in the performance of their labour or rendering services for gain or reward,over which the employer has the right of access or control. The employees must be satisfied and encouraged to contribute his best towards his work and business organization in which he is working. The fair working conditions and fair pay must be provided to the workers because it is the employees’ satisfaction and their welfare that offers a high degree of morale and motivation for optimum productivity and prosperity of any business. Thus,there can be many issues that the employer or the employees have to deal with while working in the organisation. These issues may be referred to as 'work place related issues'. Such issues may be in the form of problems,suggestions,environmental regulations,culture aspects,moral values,rules and regulations or related to any decision process. These issues,if not handled at a right time,have tendencies to impede the growth of an individual and an organisation as a whole.They may act as hurdles in putting one's best efforts in his/her work. Such work place related issues need to be addressed and controlled carefully so as to bring about their positive aspects and remove their negative aspects.
